FAQs

  • Text us photos wearing garments you want to alter to (201) 685-0436. We'll send a rough estimate and schedule a time for one of our pinners to visit your home. After a quick pinning session, we pick up your clothes, alter them, and deliver them back within 7 days.

  • We serve all of Manhattan, some of Brooklyn, Queens, and Jersey City. You can check to see if we serve your area here.

  • Most alterations range from $35-200, plus a $60 service fee that covers pick up and delivery. Final pricing depends on garment complexity and will be sent after the garments arrive at our studios. You can find our starting costs here or text us for a more specific quote.

  • Standard orders are completed within 7 business days. We also offer same day and next day service.

  • We handle anything that involves cutting and sewing EXCEPT wedding gowns.

    If you're unsure, text us a photo and we'll let you know (the answer is almost always yes).

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your alterations, please contact us at kaci@shopcimu.com within 7 days of receiving your garment. We'll work with you to address any concerns.
