How Still Here added the hemming its clients wanted—without building an operation

Strong demand for alterations met with a service that took almost nothing to stand up.

Jeans Too Long

Still Here's customers were already asking for hemming. The demand was there; the easy way to meet it wasn't. Offering alterations in-house meant a tailor, a station, the space for it, and a new process to run. This was more than the brand wanted to take on to say yes to a request it kept hearing.

Fast Implementation

Cimu was easy to put in place. The associate requests the alteration in the app during the fitting. No one had prior tailoring experience; all the associates were trained by Cimu. No station to build, no tailor to hire, no new process.
